About Event

Contrary to current rumor and despite drought conditions, Klamath Lake has plenty of water and wind for sailing! The Firecracker Regatta takes place on the largest lake in Oregon and one of the finest sailing lakes in the Northwest! Open to all one-design and PHRF classes, recent years have seen Star, Day Sailor, Laser, Santana 20, San Juan 21, Lido 14, Holder 20, Ultimate 20, Wavelength 24, and multihull classes, as well as several PHRF keelboat categories. Fourth of July fireworks will be held in town Saturday night. We have lots of space for tents and dry camping, if desired. Campgrounds and hotels available nearby. Come join us for some great sailing, live music, good food, and lots of friendly company!
