Annual Ted Osius Regatta using Region 3 CBYRA government marks in the vicinity of Annapolis area mark R2. Open to all classes. Classes with fewer than four entries will share starts.     These revisions modify Sailing Instructions Part 4.5 and are posted at 1130 Saturday June 24 in accordance with Sailing Instructions 4.6 .

    FOOTNOTE: As of the close of registration at 1159 Friday, there were not enough entrants in PHRF A, N, CHESSS spin and no-spin and Cruising Class for registrants to receive separate starts or to be scored for season standings. Therefore the multi-class start scheduled here for 1140 is strictly for fun.
