In this presentation Dave goes through the 2017-2020 racing rules, ensuring that sailors and officials understand the rules and how to apply them to situations from common to complex, with a look to how to maximize winning tactics, eliminate procedural errors on the race course, and make the best decisions possible in a hearing, with an increased rules knowledge. The afternoon session will focus on winning tactics in the context of larger Championship events.
