    This notice is meant to emphasize the requirement to use Circular Random (CR) ratings for PHRF classes. If you have registered in a PHRF class and did not enter your CR rating, please update your entry. Note: PHRF of the Chesapeake regulations specify that the class a boat is in will be determined by their windward-leeward rating. Thus boats with “straddle” ratings should always register and sail in the class as determined using their windward-leeward rating. If the CR rating is not entered/updated before race day, the RC will update the entry to agree with the CR rating listed on the PHRF certificate. ...
