Notice of Redress Hearing KISS Spring Series, Race 3, April 26, 2022, Spinnaker Fleet. A redress hearing will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022, at 6 p.m. via Zoom. The Zoom address will be sent to the judges, parties, and their witnesses. Parties, when you receive the Zoom address, please forward the address to your witnesses. Chimera requests redress, alleging that the Race Committee recorded an incorrect finish time for Man-O-War after Man-O-War hit a finish mark, took a penalty, and crossed the finish line a second time. Redress may affect the scores of boats in the Spinnaker Fleet. Any boat in the Spinnaker Fleet may request to become a party and attend the hearing.
