Rules Quiz with Dave Perry! is a session where Dave will highlight important areas of the rules that all racing sailors and race officials should know; and will answer the participant’s questions on the rules in general in any remaining time. In each answer, Dave will show how knowing the rules leads to smart tactics in crowded situations.
