the 2024 NYRA Commodore’s Regatta Saturday, February 17, 2024 On the Neuse River, downriver from New Bern, NC. Around the buoys racing for Spinnaker and Non Spinnaker boats; Navigator Fleet will sail a medium distance race in the Neuse Shore Party to follow Saturday racing on the waterfront at Confluence, at the DoubleTree Hilton (Lawson Room) in downtown New Bern! This event will serve as our annual Commodore’s Ball Award ceremony, with awards for Boat of the Year, Crew of the Year, and Sportsman of the Year, and we will also issue awards for the 2023-24 Winter Series. Anticipated Classes for Spinnaker, Non Spinnaker and Navigator. Friendly Racing for Novice Sailors in Navigator Class - great chance to learn new skills and meet other sailors!!
