The race is open to all BYC and Marion PHRF fleet member sailboats sailing under their PHRF-NE Cruising ratings. A boat without a rating must apply in writing to the Cruise Committee Chair for permission to participate in the race. Such boats without a PHRF rating will be assigned a rating for participation in the race.
