Blackbeard Sailing Club cordially invites all mono-hull sailboats 21 feet or over with a valid NC-PHRF Rating Certificate to attend the ETYSA Regatta and sail with us on the Neuse River near Upper Broad Creek. This is a PHRF Regatta for mono-hull sailboats. See the Notice of Race for details.
