I would love to be a part of a crew for this years Friday Nights Beer Can Regatta. My brother and I sailed his Catalina 30 together but I am a novice.
I am 47 and live close to Eastport. Please let me know if you need a crew member.
I am very reliable and hard working.
Thanks, Matt 302-270-6902

I am really interested in trying to be on a crew! I just moved to Annapolis after finishing up a PhD and I'm looking for the fun things to do around this city. I was told about this race series, and it sounds right up my alley.
I'm going to be honest - I only have experience in 1- and 2-person sailboats. However, I think I can help out quite well because I'm a fast learner and I'm very athletic.
Hit me up at pjfahey@ncsu.edu

In my 28 years of competitive keelboat racing, I have worked most positions on a boat, including main, genoa, spinnaker, pit, mast, and foredeck. I spent most of the years on a S2-9.1 (trim), a New York 36 (foredeck), a C&C99 (trim), a SR33 (trim), and a J/35 (trim), on the Magothy, the West River, and around Annapolis. I have sailed most Wednesdays and 1-2 weekends each month throughout the racing season. I am looking for a boat that will go out Fridays and then have a leisurely dinner somewhere on land. Fridays are as much about socializing as it is about racing. I am interested in putting a new campaign together or joining an experienced one, or anywhere in between.

Crewed on Lake Michigan (Chicago) with a crew that won/placed in many regattas (NOOD, Verve, Colors, the Mac). I just did Wed races, less important port-to-port races, and ground support for the big races. Moved to D.C. at the end of last summer and realizing that Potomac River sailing isn't going to be as exciting as I'm used to. Would love a chance to get a few races or weekend sailing on bigger water. I'm an intermediate sailor, still learning, know how to take commands, know when to ask for help. I know how to flake sails and that there's work after we return to dock (I will clean the head if that's what it takes for an invite).

Used to race 30+ years ago in the West River on a Santana 30. This summer I have been getting the rust off, on a C&C 110, a J-33 and a J24. Would love to get as much experience as I can.
