Hello all, I am excited to learn as much as I possible and contribute to the success of the boat. My name is Andre Mitrano and I am a current student at Quinnipiac University studying entrepreneurship. I have grown up sailing and boating around the cape and islands. I had years of dinghy racing experience throughout high school and have raced on numerous Wednesdays out of Beverly Yacht Club on a 45 Sabre. I want to learn as much as I can and get more experience on the ocean. I have my boater's license and am certified in First Aid, CPR and AED. I am 20 years of age and will do any task asked of me. I am handy and am capable of fixing and helping with any maintenance. I will work as hard as possible to benefit the boat as a team. I will be racing in the Marion Bermuda race this year, 2019, on a 32 Morris named Selkie. This will be my first offshore passage but the skills that develop from this experience will hopefully aid and contribute to the success of your team and boat.
