Hello everyone! My name is Marlee Berlan and I’m a young professional who recently moved to the DC area to work in higher ed from Cleveland, OH. I spent my summers in Cleveland racing on j120s and j105s and would love the opportunity to get out on the water here in DC. I’ve also sailed on 420s and thistles but it has been a while and I could use a refresh! I’m really looking to expand my knowledge and gain some more crew experience this season. I enjoyed my time at my old club building my sailing skills and forming friendships with other members. I’m hoping to do the same this season as a committed crew member at DISC!
