Thanks to all for coming out despite the wind forecast - great race and fun after-party! Free fresh water rinse, too. Now mark your calendar for the Awards Party at EYC - starts 6pm on Saturday July 25. Your registration included dinner tickets for four... come by and start your evening there.

Hanging out at Solomons

For those planning to use Calvert Marina transient slips on Saturday - use CC dock (to the right of their gas dock). There may be a few slots on BB dock also. Holiday Inn shuttle pickup at the Gas Dock. For those anchoring elsewhere in Solomons Harbor, the water shuttle will run 6am-Noon - call Capt Tom at 410-610-3997 to request pickup.

Transient slips available

Skippers - Calvert Marina has again generously offered daytime transient slips to Solomons racers, for those hanging around Saturday to attend the post-race party or just sleep. Those slips accommodate monohulls only, though. == Please RSVP to race.committee@eastportyc.org if you are interested, so we can ensure enough spots. == For longer term or special needs docking, contact Calvert Marina office directly (410.326.4251 or calvertmarina@olg.com).
