RELEASE of LIABILITY
In consideration, I agree that the safety of my boat and the decision to start or to continue to race is my responsibility. I hereby waive all claims that I may have against Savannah Yacht Club, their officers, members, committees, or agents arising our of or in any way connected with my participation in any race or related activity sponsored by them. I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing and all other rules that govern this event.
