The Ephraim Yacht Club, organizing authority, sponsors, Race Committee, officers and board of directors of EYC, and all those involved in these organizations will not accept any Liability/Responsibility for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during or after this regatta.



Parents of competitors who are minors are responsible for deciding whether their children should race or continue to race.



Competitors will accept full responsibility for their actions during any activity related to this event.  This includes on-shore activities before, during and after the regatta.



Competitors are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner at all times and to abide by the EYC rules.
