As Southern Sailors, Lake Lanier is our home away from home, it’s where we race, play and relax throughout the year. Some of our fondest memories where made with our friends and family on the lake. So this year, Southern Sailing wants to show the lake some love by hosting a series of events that will raise money and create awareness for the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper and to do our part in keeping our lake clean and safe. This year we plan to host an open Regatta and Rally to raise money for the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper. Also, as part of the two day event, we plan to organize a shore sweep to help create awareness, sell raffle tickets and have a silent auction.
