J/24, PHRF spinnaker, and non-spinnaker boats are invited to participate in the Sail Fest Ventura 2017 regatta, hosted by the Ventura Yacht Club. This regatta will serve as the 2017 J/24 Western Regional Champs. Up to (but not limited to) eight windward/leeward races are planned for the J/24 class. One random leg race on Saturday is planned for PHRF spinnaker and non-spinnaker boats.
