The Rock Hall Yacht Club is located at the confluence of Langford Creek and the Chester River, on the Chesapeake Bay’s picturesque Eastern Shore. The RHYC will host the 2018 Summer One-Design Regatta on Saturday June 16 and Sunday June 17, following the Annual Down River Race on June 15. Of special note will be inclusion of the Wayfarer North Americans, Comet North Americans, and Windmill Districts.
The Summer One-Design Regatta is the cornerstone of the summer for the RHYC so the more racers and families/friends the better. All are welcome!
This stretch of the beautiful Chester River is a great place to sail One-Design boats since there is a lot of open water, limited power boat traffic, easy beach launching and plenty of grass on which to park and rig.
