The regatta is open to all boats of the International Optimist Dinghy (Green, Red, White, Blue), Laser Radial, FJs and Club 420. The regatta is open to all Junior sailors. Competitors shall not have reached their 19th birthday by December 31, 2018. Registration: will be July 28th 8:30 am - 9:30 am. The scheduled time of the warning signal for the first race is 11:00 am. No Warning Signal after 4:00 pm. Lunch will be provided for competitors only. Registration also includes a regatta cotton t-shirt. Please park ALL trailers (powerboat and sailboat trailers) at the Second Presbyterian Church (7305 Hampton Blvd. Norfolk, VA 23505), in the back of the Church.
