PHRF Championship event + SPECIAL EVENT for SOUTH BAY RACERS. There are 2 Windward/Leeward races in South Bay followed by a Random Leg race finishing at Buoy 17. In the PHRF classes, each yacht’s score shall be the total of all races scored. In the SOUTH BAY CLASS each yacht's score shall, subject to rule 90.3(b), be the total of her race scores excluding her worst score.
