The WRSC 2018 Billy Heintz Annual Regatta is open to the A-Class Catamaran, Albacore, Chesapeake 20, Snipe, Laser, Windmills, and Flying Scot classes. Three boats make a fleet, you may request a fleet start by contacting Nolan.stokes@nm.com.
