PHRF and One Design monohull and multihull classes with a Portsmouth DPN of 120 or less (NO OPTIS) all start together at the same time. Only members of GSBYRA full member clubs eligible for trophies. Helmsman must be member of GSBYRA full member club and yacht must belong to member of GSBYRA full member club.
