Spinnaker class is open to all boats with current PHRF ratings. To encourage more boats and helmswomen to sign up, non-spinnaker class is open to any boat with LOA of 13.5’ or more with boats less than 20’ separated into the Dinghy class. If any boat does not have a current PHRF rating, the RC may assign a rating for purposes of this race only. Final classes and class breaks will be established at the Skippers Meeting after all entries have been received. Immediately prior to the Skippers Meeting, the Race Committee will present an “Introduction to Race Starts and Reading a Race Course Chart” for inexperienced racers (8:00 AM).
