Welcome to the 2019 "Cheeseburger in Paradise" Regatta hosted by the Lake George Club in Diamond Point, NY! Wednesday, July 24 through Friday, July 26, 2019 The Junior Sailors of The Lake George Club cordially invite junior sailors from neighboring clubs to participate in the 2019 Cheeseburger Regatta. This annual regatta, on picturesque Lake George, the "Queen of American Lakes "- in the southern Adirondack Mountains of New York State alternates between The Lake George Club (odd years) and the Northern Lake George Club (even years). It features racing in single-handed Optimist and double­ handed Flying Junior Dinghies, and has great hospitality, a beautiful setting, lots of competitive racing, and usually favorable winds. ------------------------ ***If you need to request housing, please follow the instructions on the "Housing Request" form under the "Race Documents" tab and get those requests in as soon as possible!***------------------------------------------------- ***From May to October, all trailered boats launched into Lake George have to be inspected.
