The regatta is open to all boats. Boats racing PHRF must have a 2019 PHRF rating certificate. Yachts racing ORC Spinnaker must have a valid ORC Certificate. Boats racing one design must comply with all requirements of relevant class association. Racing will be in the lower and upper Galveston Bay. Party and pig roast dinner at HYC after racing.
