Only qualifying members who been selected by the Chesapeake Bay YRA, YRA of Long Island Sound, Eastern Long Island SA, Eastern Connecticut SA, Middle Atlantic YRA, Great South Bay YRA, North Jersey YRA, and Barnegat Bay YRA are eligible for this championship. Entries are limited to 2 boats per YRA for the Singlehanded Championship in Optimist, and 2 boats per YRA for the Doublehanded Championship in 420.
