This is the Houston Yacht Club's annual offshore regatta. Winners in the spinnaker class will be awarded the Carroll Blanchard Cup. Additionally, winners in the spinnaker class receive points towards the Texas Navy Cup. Non-spinnaker winners are awarded the S Rhoads Fisher Trophy.
