505 Midwinters will be a warm up event for the 505 North American Championships regatta the following weekend. Advanced club 420 sailors are also invited to participate in the event. Involving the two fleets in the same regatta gives the Club 420 sailors a chance to learn from the 505 sailors and the 505 sailors get to promote their class to the next generation.
