Florida Flying Scot District Regatta
Jeff Penfield,83, left the best legacy a man can leave - a good example. He was a true sportsman - a gracious competitor and a fine gentleman.
The Penfield Family presented a perpetual trophy which is awarded annually to the person best promoting the district, new sailors, fleet growth and actively sailing.
