The Venice Yacht Club and Venice Sailing Squadron are proud to present the 2023 Shark's Tooth Regatta. A long-standing regatta in our area, this is a qualifying event for the Sarasota Bay Yachting Association “Boat of the Year” series. The races will consist of triangle races held outside of Venice Inlet. Regatta dates: Saturday March 25, 2023 & Sunday March 26, 2023. A fun feeder race for Friday March 24 may be held. This will be our season’s major fund-raising event to benefit the Venice Youth Boating Association. Activities will include a skippers meeting on Friday evening, a party and silent auction on Saturday evening, and an award ceremony on Sunday after the racing. All surplus funds will be for the benefit of VYBA. More details to come! .
