Blackbeard Sailing Club in New Bern NC is hosting the 2nd annual Neuse River Regatta on October 7, 2023 in memory of Georgie Jackson and Dave Whitney. Racing will be conducted for spinnaker and non-spinnaker boats, with modified pursuit starts based on NC-PHRF ratings.
