The regatta is open to all junior sailors who are less than twenty (20) years old and who do not turn twenty (20) years of age during this calendar year; with boats of the Optimist, ILCA 4, 6, and 7, Open Skiff, and Double-Handed (420 Club, 420 Collegiate, I-420, FJ or other double handed boat) classes. All classes are “bring your own boat”.
