SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Old Cove Yacht Club Invitational July 12, 2024 ***Please note the different schedules for Optimist and Lasers. This is to allow for staggered launches and landings*** Optimist 0830-1000: Arrival & Check-in 1015: Skippers’ Meeting 1100: First Start 1500: No Start After 1600: Awards Lasers 1000-1100: Arrival & Check-in 1130: Skippers’ Meeting 1230: First Start 1600: No Start After 1700: Awards Schedule subject to change pending conditions of the day. ***Opti trailers will proceed to the club and OCYC staff will help unload boats. Drivers are asked to stay in/with their vehicles because this is an active driveway that can not be parked in. Once unloaded the cars will be directed to park in the grass parking field*** ***Laser trailers will be directed into the grass parking field where the Lasers will be offloaded and pre-rigged. The Lasers will stay in this lot until the Opti's are launched and clear of the beach*** ***Old Cove YC has no facilities to launch a powerboat. Powerboats must be launched at the New Suffolk Boat Ramp. Please do not pull down Old Harbor Road with a powerboat trailer*** ...
