This regatta starts and ends around Dutchman Creek Park in the Wildlife Basin and is open to Optimist, Sunfish and Club 420s. If any other one design class has 3 or more boats, a start will be provided. This event honors the life of Ed Harper, the former editor of the State Port Pilot who was a supporter of the youth sailing program and always enjoyed watching and photographing our sailors.
