This race is the second in the Southern Sound Series. All racing sailboats are invited to participate: PHRF, Multihull, Cruising fleets. The race will begin Saturday morning at the Des Moines Marina with the first gun at 0925. Start in a northerly direction between an offshore orange mark and the RC flag on the Des Moines Marina fishing pier, leaving the green navigation buoy to starboard. Leave the Duwamish Head Light and Blakely Rock Light to Port. Finish in a southerly direction between the offshore orange mark and the RC flag on the end of the fishing pier, with the green navigation buoy to port. Entrants are encouraged to view the Southern Sound Series website and read the NOR for further details.
