The Open House Regatta will consist of one staggered start race for PHRF (A, B, C, CC-SPIN, CC-NS) sailboats holding a valid PHRF of the Chesapeake certificate, one-design classes, and other cruising class sailboats having a provisional handicap rating assigned by FBYC.
