Amendment #3 to the Sailing Instructions

 Replace Rule 12.2 to read as follows:

12.2   Finish Line Obstruction: The finish line shall rank as an obstruction.  The penalty for a breach of this SI will be not less than 2 points but not worse than DSQ.  This penalty may be applied without a hearing.  This amends RRS A5.

 Delete Rule 11.5 to read as follows:

11.5   CLASS FLAGS: The following class flag are designated for the following classes:

Amendment #1 to the Sailing Instructions Replace Rule 16.8 to read as follows:

16.8

Breaches of sailing instructions 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 16.4, 16.5, 16.6 and 16.7 will not be grounds for a protest by a boat. Competitors breaking any of these rules may be protested by the race committee, and may result in disqualification of a boat from the day’s racing. The protest time limit will not apply for these protests. This changes rule 60.1(a) and 61.3
