DESCRIPTION: The HYC Offshore Regatta is a race from Freeport to Galveston for spinnaker and non-spinnaker classes. The regatta is the second race of the TORC circuit (Texas Offshore Racing Circuit).
• Boats sailing in the TORC spinnaker class will be eligible to win the Texas Navy Cup per the requirements listed in the Texas Navy Cup Deed of Gift.
• Boats sailing in the TORC non-spinnaker class will be eligible to win the S. Rhoads Fisher Trophy per the requirements listed in the S. Rhoads Fisher Trophy Deed of Gift.
