12.2. The following US Sailing prescriptions will apply: Appendix T.
12.3. Rule T1(c) is changed as follows: A boat takes a Post-Race Penalty by verbally notifying the principal race officer that she accepts the penalty and identifies the race number and where and when the incident occurred.
