The tows are delayed until 10:00 to allow more boats to be launched. Announcements to follow on VHF 72.

Finish:
The diagram is modified so that the finish will be between an RC vessel will a blue flag and a Ball. For course 4. The Signal Boat will remain in poisition and the finish line will be to starboard. The finish line will not be below the start line as shown in the diagram.
