Amendment #1 to Sailing Instructions 12.2 Upwind Finish: The finishing line will be between the windward mark to port and the mark set boat displaying a blue flag. Has now been changed to "12.2 Upwind Finish: The finishing line will be between finish Pin "F" to port and the mark set boat displaying a blue flag. Amendment #1 to Notice of Race Principle Race Officer will need to approve all crew changes for the duration of the event, with the exception of the starting crew, for the regatta. Crew weigh ins for substitute crew or any crew changes will take place at the North Flathead Yacht Club between 0645-0700 for the duration of the event.
