As of May 1st, 2020 this event is canceled due to Covid-19 and the inability to assure safety of the participants and support personnel before, during, and after the event. We are currently still planning this event for June – however given the uncertainty of state of the Nation as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and its effect on maintaining social isolation and distancing, that decision is fluid at this time. Organizers will be reviewing the status of this event on a every other week basis and should a cancelation occur we will let you know by email. It is our intent not to cancel the event at any time after May 1st so that planning can be made. We will also waive the early registration requirement. For the time being we are holding new reservations and if the event is canceled we will issue a full refund for those who have paid. Andy Keller, Chairperson.
