HMR Sailors: Although the return trip is not part of the regatta, as a courtesy we are providing the following update. If you are returning to the Galveston Bay area please take a look at the weather forecast and plan accordingly. Some sources predict a cold front will come through along the Texas coast early Monday morning and push offshore, carrying with it thunderstorms as it passes through, followed by high northerly winds and building, choppy seas. If you decide to delay your departure and are unable to procure a slip at the Port Aransas City Marina, consider making arrangements at Island Moorings (361-749-4100) or other marinas in the area for after the raft breaks up on Sunday morning.

The Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions have been amended to address technical details.
