The Committee has scheduled a hearing with the Coach of TAH 329 |
- Using the World Sailing Discretionary Penalty Policy, a starting penalty of level 3 was decided for each breach. There were no facts to justify increasing or decreasing the penalty.
- From the warning signal of the first race on 24 February 2023 until the end of the last race of the day, Didier Arnould shall remain at least 150m to leeward of the race committee signal vessel (unless otherwise instructed by the Race committee or International Jury).
- If no races are completed on 24 February 2023, the penalty applies for the next day on which race are completed.
- TAH 329 is warned under RRS 64.5(b)(2) that a penalty may be imposed if Didier Arnould commits a further breach of any rule.
